When Essi Tadrus, a gifted chef known for developing unique taste sensations met up with Dr. Akram Ismail, a physician/businessman whose international commerce has produced tens of millions of dollars, the synergy was immediate.
Since the young age of 19, Essi had been developing retail food products of the highest quality, always with the dream of taking his masterful creations to the next level. Enter Dr. Akram; a physician and businessman who has had global business dealings. He saw the potential of Essi’s distinctive skills and how they would fit into a broader market. And so, the Rib Shack BBQ concept was born.
How it works is simple. A Rib Shack BBQ franchise is based on two words – heat and serve. Franchisees don’t have to hire cooks because Rib Shack BBQ products are pre-prepared and shipped to franchises. Nor do they need to hire and run “smokers.” This proprietary concept has proven highly successful in several mall food courts throughout Florida and now Essi and Akram are ready to take their innovative idea to a larger audience by offering the Rib Shack BBQ franchise opportunity to a wider circle.
